Very disappointed about lack of electrical ports. There was enough time to hand out snacks to comfort + seats as was done for first class. Was not happy that we had to wait an additional 50 minutes for passengers that were still in TSA. This delay made us miss our connecting flight in Seattle to get home to tuck in our two little toddlers. We ran off the plane and ran across the entire airport trying to make this flight only to get to the gate to see that they have ended boarding. So they were willing to wait for passengers in Hawaii but not Seattle??
My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines. We were directed to go to a gate across from our gate. The plane wasn't there yet so we had to wait for it to arrive, then deplane everyone and then wait again for the plane to be cleaned.

Then we didn't want to leave the gate to get food because we wouldn't know how much longer the delay would be. Had we been told that the total time would have been aprox 45 min later we would have left to get food and a beverage. We had to wait again for the okay to the pilot to take off so we were on the runway for another 20 min. Overall, we were delayed over 2 hours which felt like 4 hours.
Don’t leave valuables unattended at the beach either. Not being able to purchase my check in baggage online was a negative. Jetblue needs to improve on Onboarding as it seems to always be behind on departing. I would recommend to have an earlier Onboarding in order to leave on time and respect your customers time as well. Flight was cancelled due to the weather in the east and sout east(florida). Did not get any compesation of any kind.
